100% of your donation goes directly to fund our mission of putting educational toys into the hands of at-risk children in South Africa, unless otherwise designated.
In our current model administrative costs are covered by board donations and grants. Your dollars and SA rand fund robust, Educational Toy Library Training Centers, to gradually transform informal daycares into preschools.

Our donors, including individuals, churches, and organizations, support ASAP by spreading the word to family, friends, and associates, and contributing financially! EVERY gift helps.
$15 Funds one-two educational toys, games, puzzles, or books.
$75.00 Funds a Play and Learn (PAL) Kit of 5 theme or skill-based curriculum-aligned toys and resources.
$150 Funds items preschool owners can purchase bi-annually at PEN’s incentive store with points earned for attending trainings and progress on goals. Most wanted: first aid kits, lockable cupboards, safes, boy and girl dolls and clothing, books, diaper changing equipment, fire extinguishers, large soup pots…
$300 Funds one PAL kit of 30 musical instruments. Toy libraries need multiple sets.
$4,500 Funds seed money for a new coach’s salary for one year (typically funded by PEN not ASAP).
6. $5,500 Funds existing Educational Toy Library Training Centers to add 10 more preschools.
7. $7,500 funds new Toy Library Training Center start-ups in new underserved areas as current hubs reach capacity . Funding covers shelves, security doors and windows, tables and chairs for teacher trainings, and a library stocked with enough educational resources for 10 daycares to borrow as they become preschools.
